Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations
Returning / exchanging the product is hassle free. To return / exchange your product, kindly get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Following types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged or cancelled
- Personalized goods i.e. goods which have been customized to suit your requirement cannot be returned.
- Made to order products.
- Goods with obvious signs of use.
- Sale items.
- Any item not in its original condition and is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Cancellations – Orders once received can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order.
For Domestic orders, once we receive the return / exchange request, we will arrange for the pickup of the products via our logistics partners. Once we receive the product back in original condition, we will initiate the refund / exchange process. Please note that the refund will be net off the shipping charges (if any) which was charged at the time of the purchase of the product. For exchange, we will be charging shipping cost which will be equal to shipping cost charged while shipping the original product.
For international orders, you will need to arrange for shipping the product you need to return or exchange. Shipping cost of the returned / exchanged product will be incurred by you. For exchange, we will be charging shipping cost which will be equal to shipping cost charged while shipping the original product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
