Ankle strap issue

I love the sandals and would really like to be able to wear them, but the ankle strap on the right sandal is too loose and doesn't hold the sandal to my feet. I have already used the website messaging service to write to customer service. They asked me for photos a few days ago, which I sent them, but have received no response thereafter. I am still waiting for a response. I would love it if the strap could be adjusted or the right sandal replaced.
